Shipping policy

Please note

Any shipments which result in an undeliverable package will result in the item being returned. Any cost of shipping or import duty as a result of an undeliverable package the customer will be liable for. Please ensure that whatever shipping provider you choose the address you provide is correct and that you understand these terms.

Order processing times

We generally process orders on the same working day which they are received, with any orders received after 4PM GMT are processed the next working day. Any orders received during weekends, bank holidays, or general holidays are processed on the first working day after.

Shipping times

We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. A large majority of deliveries are delivered on the next working day. Obviously there can be delays which are out of our control. With this service, the barcode is enclosed in your confirmation order details which you can track your delivery with. There can also be delays during bank holidays or high-volume days with the Royal Mail.

Shipping costs

These are fixed by the Royal Mail which is dependant on weight and volume. Currently, all orders come with a shipping cost of £6.95.

DHL Express

Estimated shipping time for DHL Express orders are calculated at checkout alongside the cost. Entering your delivery location will show this information. These costs are dependant on product weight and delivery location.

Please note, shipments cannot be made to armed forces addresses when sent using DHL.

In addition, any orders which have their delivery address as a PO Box will be cancelled as DHL Express Worldwide doesn't support post office (PO) boxes for origin or destination addresses.

Import duties

Please be aware any import duties for overseas orders are not processed nor displayed in the cart or checkout. These are applied by DHL when the package arrives in its destination country for the purchaser to settle before delivery. If this is not completed, the parcel may be destroyed or returned. Camouflage Store Limited holds no responsibility for this payment.
