Shipping policy

Order processing times

We generally process orders on the same working day which they are received, with any orders received after 4PM GMT are processed the next working day. Any orders received during weekends, bank holidays, or general holidays are processed on the first working day after.

Shipping times

We use the Royal Mail Tracked 24 service. A large majority of deliveries are delivered on the next working day. Obviously there can be delays which are out of our control. With this service, the barcode is enclosed in your confirmation order details which you can track your delivery with. There can also be delays during bank holidays or high-volume days with the Royal Mail.

Shipping costs

These are fixed by the Royal Mail which is dependant on weight and volume. Currently, all orders come with a shipping cost of £6.95.

DHL Express

Estimated shipping time for DHL Express orders are calculated at checkout alongside the cost. Entering your delivery location will show this information. These costs are dependant on product weight and delivery location.

Please note, shipments cannot be made to armed forces addresses when sent using DHL.
