Altberg Desert/Travel Airgrid Footbed

The Desert Airgrid footbed was first developed for military and leisure use by travellers, soldiers and explorers in hot dry environments.

The airgrid base forces air to circulate underneath the foot, and the footbed covering is a hydrophobic mesh which allows 100% air circulation along with zero moisture absorption.

• Material: High density shock absorbing PU moulded individually to each specific size
• Thickness: 4mm - interchangeable with footbeds in most makes of boots and shoes
• Footbed Covering: Hydrophobic open mesh - zero water absorbency/retention

Washing Instructions

Clean by rubbing gently with a sponge, hot water and normal soap, then rinse the footbed surface under a running tap. This will help flush out any salts which may have been absorbed into the footbed fabric. In extreme conditions the footbed can also be machine washed - on a cool wash - maximum temperature 20°C.

Drying Instructions

Allow to dry naturally in a cool place

• DO NOT dry on a radiator
• DO NOT tumble dry
• DO NOT dry in sunlight
• DO NOT put near heat - excessive heat will damage the footbeds
