Description
The Peacekeeper P3 Original (BS EN 20345:2012) is Altberg’s original police safety boot. It is suitable for a wide range of duties where a steel toe cap and penetration resistant midsole are required, from S.O.C.O to rural search teams or everyday police duties. The lining is Cambrelle®, very breathable (non-waterproof), good for all-day foot comfort in winter and summer in urban conditions. The Peacekeeper P3 Original is supplied to many UK police forces on contract as their first-choice issue boot.

Lining
Cambrelle® 3 laminate, all day breathability and comfort, does not have a waterproof membrane barrier

3 laminate with stainless steel, flexible, penetration resistant plate in middle laminate
Sole
Altberg Rhino, shock absorbing heel cavities and rubber rand for increased abrasion resistance. Deep boot tread , tested to BS EN 20345 slip resistance requirements, oil & acid resistant
The Peacekeeper P3 Original is available as a factory stock boot, sizes UK 3½ - 14, in medium and wide fittings. The boot is Zero rated for VAT because it is a full safety boot. It is not possible to make Extra Wide fittings in this boot, due to the limitations set by the steel toecap. However, narrow fittings can be made to customer requirements on a ‘made to order’ basis, but there is a minimum 8-16 weeks waiting time. We will usually only make a narrow fitting after a factory fitting assessment (see made to order terms and conditions).
So far so good. 2 weeks of wearing them so far. Didn’t take long to break in. Previously had Lowa boots for the last 11 years, so hopefully these will be as good. I also got some of the leather gris.

The perfect work boot
I have a problem standing for prolonged periods and already use altberg boots because I find them so comfortable, so seeing these boots with steel toecaps I decided to buy. They are a quality boot and I wear them every day for work. The service from the camouflage team was excellent.
