Dual use motorcycle boot for touring in UK and Europe made from military grade leather and components
Description
We've been making the Hogg Original since 1994, the boot is a development of a military style and it uses military grade components and materials.
The Altberg senior bootmaker made the first pair of Hogg botts for his own personal use. He took a military boot and added in shock absorbency along with ankle and instep protection, along with a large gear change double leather at the toe.
The boot has a crush resistant midsole and a 4 laminate military grade Sympatex® waterproof breathable lining. The Hogg is a dual use boot which combines a hiking boot with a motorcycle boot.

Size & fitting advice
XN - We don’t normally sell extra narrow by mail order or online, only when a customer has previously worn Altberg boots or is sure of their fitting. N - If you have narrow feet, then we suggest that you keep with your normal shoe size. M - For medium feet we suggest that you go up ½ a size on your SHOE size – this will allow for a thick sock with the boots. W - For wide feet we suggest that you go up ½ a size on your SHOE size – this will allow for a thick sock with the boots.
