SOLO ATP SAS Smock MK2

Had the mark 1 version for 10 years finally had to retire it. Got the mark 2 and well it lives up to all expectation RSM friendly on camp. Out in the field during horrible weather jacket held out perfect dried in no time comfortable with enough room for warm kit underneath. Perfect jacket in my eyes.

Where do I start?! I done some research as I've been looking to upgrade the issued smock for a while now.

I came across videos from the Camouflage store on YT. The videos were great because they show you the sizing and fit etc.

As for the order process.....I tool the plunge and ordered this smock on Friday about 1500hrs ish and it was dispatched minutes later! No joke! It was delivered on Sunday afternoon. Wasn't expecting that, but that's a gleaming turn around! Especially if you're wanting it sooner!

As for the fit. I'm 6ft, remfy now so adopting the dad bod style with a J-Lo arse! For me, it fits perfectly! Not too snug and not too baggy! Enough room to fit a jumper underneath I guess.

First impressions of this smock is brilliant. Lightweight, well made and the reviews sound good too! I held off for ages because of the ammo pouches on the rear (too keen for me) but the 22 version have been removed! RSM friendly? A higher chance! Plenty of pockets to stash morale and I'll be looking forward to testing this out on Ex.

Thanks to the team at CS. Can't fault the quickness of delivery and fair pricing! I have now kept tabs on the shop across all platforms and shall return if I need anymore kit.
